LOMELT 201
  • Stabilized 19/9.5 Cr/Ni/Cb electrode.
  • Resists heat, corrosion and carbide precipitation.
  • Weld metal is of radiographic quality.
  • A low heat input electrode for welding of stainless steel types AISI 304, 304L, 321 & 347. Good for welding of parts used in severe corrosive conditions. Specially formulated flux coating permits welding at low amperage in all positions.

LOMELT 202
  • Austenitic acid resistant welds.
  • ●Stabilized electrode with extra low carbon.
  • ●Smooth & rapid deposition.
  • All purpose low heat input electrodes with high corrosion and heat resistance upto 300°C for smooth and rapid metal deposition. Suitable for welding of Cr, Ni, Mo steels of type 316, 316L, 318 and other Mo bearing stainless steels. Also recommended for joining extra low carbon grades to reduce carbide precipitation and eliminate intergranular corrosion. Excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, heat and scaling.

LOMELT 203
  • ●Ideal for welding stainless steels of unknown composition.

  • A low heat input electrode which is ideal for welding of stainless steels of unknown chemical composition. Suitable for applications requiring high oxidation resistance and high strength at temperatures upto 1100oC. Also used for joining stainless steel to mild steel.

  • A versatile electrode for welding most types of stainless steels, high alloy steels and special steels. Deposits have high Cr-Ni contents for welding straight chrome steels. The high strength deposits have excellent resistance to corrosion and heat upto 1200ºC.

LOMELT 205

  • A versatile electrode for welding most types of steels. The deposit of Lomelt 205 is a super alloy austenoferritic steel with upto 30% ferrite content, very high tensile strength and lends itself admirably to the welding of dissimilar and problem steels. Lomelt 205 is recommended for high strength joints in high carbon steels, alloy steels, austenitic manganese steels, die steel, tool steel and welding dissimilar grades of stainless and heat resisting steels. Also recommended for use as buffer layer on difficult steels prior to hardfacing.

LOMELT 210
